Digital Sales and Marketing Manager
Develop a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
The role involves managing and optimising our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure effective segmentation, targeting, and customisation of marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
* Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, utilising data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
* Contact with customers for up-selling and support.
* Collaborating within a small but proactive team.
* Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and CRM.
* Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly related to HubSpot and CRM strategies.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Two or more years of experience in digital marketing & sales.
* Proven experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, email marketing, and analytics.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
* Willingness to learn and take part in new digital development projects.
