Your Responsibilities
* As a Junior Controller & Data Analyst (m/f/x), you monitor expenses by cost center,
* You analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical),
* You support the preparation of budgets by cost center,
* You participate in monthly closings as well as in the preparation of future plans,
* You develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools in collaboration with the company’s functional managers,
* You carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives,
Your Profil
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,
* You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment,
* You are fluent in French and English and have good knowledge of German,
* You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have solid knowledge of an ERP system,
* You are autonomous, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team,
* You stand out through your analytical skills, communication abilities, and your capacity to assert yourself.
