What you will be doing
* Manufacturing of cell-based medicinal products in the lab and in a GMP facility (clean room)
* Writing manufacturing protocols and preparing GMP-compliant documentation
* Validating new procedures and qualifying new equipment for GMP use
* Managing materials for production in the clean room
* Developing quality control assays (viability, potency, identity, purity) for cell-based medicinal products
Your profile
* MSc in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
* Strong motivation and interest in translational research
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility within a team
* Strong experience in cell culture and standard analytical methods (e.g., histology, biochemical assays)
* Experience working in a GMP environment is a distinct advantage
* Good command of English (written and spoken); German is an asset
* High reliability and a problem‑solving mindset
