What you will do
Act as the trusted finance partner to Axpos COO and management team incl. Technology People & Culture Procurement Compliance and Strategic Projects
Take responsibility for controlling processes : planning forecasting and monthly performance reporting
Operate & develop analytical controlling tools incl. variance analyses and insights that drive decisions
Design and optimize the financial framework cost allocation models and service charging schemes
Build and automate dashboards / reports in Excel / SAP / BI; raise data quality and speed
Support business cases and investment steering for IT programs and platforms; prepare materials for the COO leadership team and interact with Clevel stakeholders
What you bring & who you are
University degree in Finance Business Administration Controlling or similar
5 years experience in Controlling; ideally with IT Controlling exposure in a complex organization
Strong IT basis : understanding of modern finance tools advanced Excel solid SAP (CO / FI preferred) and handson BI skills (e.g. Power BI)
Confident communicator in English (must); German is a plus
Ideally you are comfortable engaging senior / Clevel stakeholders you are proactive analytical curious and able to simplify complexity into actionable insights
