Product Manager
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for Integrated Software Solutions, Digital and AI-Based Products
* Develop and implement the product strategy for software solutions, digital-, and AI-based products
* Manage the entire product lifecycle – from idea to phase-out
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities
* Create product roadmaps and business cases in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure successful product outcomes
* Responsible for product positioning and go-to-market strategy
* Oversee program management for development projects within your area of responsibility
* Communicate and present strategic decisions in steering committees and at management level
* Confidently negotiate with internal and external stakeholders as well as partners
We are looking for a persuasive professional with a solid education and experience in project management.
Profile
* Completed degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
* At least five years of professional experience in product management for software, digital, or AI-based products
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development processes
* Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic and business-oriented thinking
* Excellent communication skills and experienced working with international teams
* Business-fluent German and English
