Ayroll Management:Implement and oversee payroll systems, ensuring accurate calculation and timely processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.Manage payroll updates related to new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.Maintain detailed payroll records, execute headcount analysis, and recommend enhancements to payroll systems.Coordinate payroll closing actions, ensuring compliance with internal controls in partnership with finance and operations leadership.Generate and distribute employee payslips, maintaining transparency and accuracy.Operational Excellence:Address and resolve payroll inquiries and issues, implementing solutions for risk mitigation and process improvement.Keep the organization informed on regulatory changes affecting payroll, ensuring widespread compliance.Support compliance efforts with local payroll and labor laws, facilitating audits by providing necessary documentation.Education: High school diploma required, with further qualifications in finance, management, or human resources management preferred.Experience:Proven ability to develop, communicate, and implement policies and procedures.Experience managing payroll in a global organization across multiple locations or markets.Expertise in establishing payroll processes and controls.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and payroll software.Understanding of taxation, social security, and regulatory requirements related to local and international assignments.English proficiency is mandatory, with French being highly desirable.Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
