Responsibilities
* Ensuring high-quality nursing – even in suddenly changing, complex care situations
* Promoting the existing resources of our clients to maintain autonomy and quality of life
* Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary Spitex team with somatic and psychiatric care as well as housekeeping and social support
* Promoting professional cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
* Taking over daily responsibility (alternating)
* Participation in night on-call duties in complex care situations only for Nursing Specialists HF (night on-call only occasionally)
Qualifications
* Completed training as a certified Nursing Specialist HF or FaGe EFZ
* Some professional experience (experience in Spitex not mandatory!)
* Joy in the nursing profession in the outpatient sector
* High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
* High professional, communication, self, and social competence
* Time flexibility and high psychological as well as physical resilience
* Driver's license category B and own vehicle
* Good IT user skills
* Further training in Palliative Care A2 (or willingness to complete this as paid further training)
