This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Lead Generation – Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and various industry channels.Research and prospect new leads to build a strong, consistent business development pipeline.Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold outreach and inbound inquiries.Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Meet with existing and potential clients to establish and strengthen relationships.Research organizations and individuals to uncover new business opportunities.Build and maintain long-term client relationships by identifying their needs and aligning them with our services.Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.Collaboration & Business Development Strategy – Work closely with colleagues globally to develop business opportunities and create synergies.Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.Develop competitive proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.Manage sales activities, including planning, client visits, reporting, and performance tracking.Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of correspondence and client interactions.Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand brand presence.What we are looking forProven sales or business development experience, preferably in executive search, consulting, or B2B servicesSelf motivated with the ability to work independently and drive resultsStrong communication, negotiation and relationship building skillsA proactive mindset with a hunger to chase and close new businessRequired skills & experienceBachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, or related field.Previous experience in the Recruiting industry is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.A proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and developing partnerships to accelerate growth.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.A drive to seek new business.Excellent organizational skillsAbility to work in a growing and dynamic (rapidly evolving) environment with a multitasking approach.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Availability to travel as needed.Benefits We OfferCompetitive compensation and commission structureLaptop and Mobile PhoneFully remote jobSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and SalesIndustries: Business Consulting and Services
