Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-level and second-level IT support for internal users across different locations.
2. Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
4. Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
5. Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights).
6. Support the rollout of IT updates, patches, and hardware replacements.
7. Maintain clear documentation of support cases and solutions.
8. Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
9. Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.
Your Profile:
10. Completed education in IT or equivalent work experience.
11. Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk environment is an advantage.
12. Excellent communication skills in German and English (both required).
13. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
14. Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support international teams.
