Mission
The Regional Sales Manager - EMEA Region - will lead and inspire a team of Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs) and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to drive exceptional growth for Toradex’s embedded computing solutions across EMEA. With a strong focus on strategic accounts and long sales cycles, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to craft and deliver impactful solutions tailored to our customers’ complex needs. Your leadership, commercial acumen, and commitment to excellence will be key to positioning Toradex as a trusted, high-value partner in the embedded industry.
The position is based in Horw, Switzerland (onsite).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Build a proactive, customer-focused sales team that actively engages clients, anticipates needs, and applies consultative selling to drive value and deepen relationships.
* Deliver over 25% year-over-year revenue growth in the region through strategic account focus and effective sales execution.
* Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, increasing efficiency and customer impact through seamless teamwork with internal departments.
* Secure and grows strategic accounts by personally driving key deals and aligning customer needs with executive leadership and product strategy.
* Improve agility and problem-solving within the sales organization by fostering a proactive, challenge-embracing mindset.
* Build a high-performing, growth-driven sales team that embodies the company’s leadership values and consistently exceeds expectations.
Your Profile:
Basic Requirements
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales leadership roles in the EMEA region
* Willingness to work full-time from the office in Horw, Switzerland
* Strong alignment with Toradex’s Core Values

Leadership
* Demonstrated success leading technical sales teams (TSEs and FAEs)
* Experience setting goals, tracking KPIs, and managing performance
* Skilled in coaching and developing sales professionals with a technical background
* Experience in value-based and consultative sales within a technology context
* Ability to articulate cost of ownership and long-term value to multiple stakeholders
* Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and building trust in high-stakes environments
Account Management
* Expertise in sales operations: pricing, forecasting, QBRs, customer retention and expansion
* Strong knowledge of the European market, especially the DACH region
* Solid experience in contract and price negotiation
Embedded Market Knowledge
* Understanding ofembedded hardware and SoMs
* Familiarity with Toradex’s strategic markets and customer segments
* Knowledge of Embedded Linux, embedded software development, and SaaS platforms (e.g., Torizon)
