* Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory
* Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners
* Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume
* Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement
* Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
* Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications
* Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture
Experience
* At least 2 years of business development or growth experience
* Current or former real estate or mortgage license required
* Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus
* Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders
* Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success
* Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others
* Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities

Pay range:
$60K - $100K
