For one of our client a global Asset Management Company in Geneva, we are looking ASAP an experienced accounting professional to join the team on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of permanent employment
1. Full accounting management for several Swiss entities
2. Preparation of quarterly closings and financial reports
3. Cash flow and budget forecasting
4. Supervision of payments, receipts, and payroll
5. Handling VAT returns and intercompany transactions
6. Monitoring supplier invoices and client billing
7. Cost and profitability analysis
8. Support during statutory and internal audits
9. Collaboration with external auditors and tax authorities
10. Implementation of new ERP tools and internal controls
11. Training and support for accounting teams
* Degree in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent business education)
* LFluent in French and English
* Personality: Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized; autonomous and able to handle accounting for multiple entities; adaptable, easy-going, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
