To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Community Sales Manager (M/W).
* Operational responsibility of the site
* Technical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business
* Ensuring the center standards
* Minimization of accounts receivable and development of potential additional business or services
* Providing customer support and ensuring top-notch service and high levels of customer satisfaction
* Handling customer complaints or, in serious cases, escalating to the organization
* Organizing and coordinating events and community activities
* Responsibility for all operational and administrative customer and center issues
* Handling daily customer inquiries
* Communication with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments
Your profile:
* Successfully completed vocational training
* Good knowledge of German, French, and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
* A reliable, organized, and team-oriented personality
* A high degree of independence, initiative, customer focus, and flexibility
* Enjoyment of teamwork
* A sense of responsibility and service-oriented action
