We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Waiter to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality service in the dining room, respecting the establishment's standards.
Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Take orders and advise guests on dishes and drinks.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Supervise and train junior waitstaff if necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar position.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
Good command of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Passion for gastronomy.
