Ph3Overview /h3pResponsible for leading the successful operational execution of global, cross‑functional Tech Ops projects of strategic importance to CSL’s product portfolio, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements. /ph3Responsibilities Accountabilities /h3ulliSupport the execution of cross‑functional project plans in alignment with defined project strategy and objectives. /liliTranslate project strategy into detailed operational plans, including scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables. /liliDrive day‑to‑day project management activities across global, matrixed teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. /liliDevelop, maintain, and control project documentation, including schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk registers. /liliMonitor project performance against plan (timeline, budget, scope) and proactively implement corrective actions where required. /liliIdentify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate critical topics in a structured and timely manner. /liliMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date project information in project management systems, ensuring transparency and traceability of decisions, actions, and changes. /liliAnalyze critical path, evaluate scenarios, and challenge assumptions to enhance robustness and predictability of project plans. /liliPrepare high‑quality, concise project updates and reports for senior stakeholders. /liliCoordinate cross‑functional alignment and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. /liliSupport continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and processes. /liliProvide informal guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced project managers or team members. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. /liliAdvanced degree (MSc, PhD) or MBA preferred. /liliProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. /lili8+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. /lili3–5 years of experience managing cross‑functional projects in a global, matrixed environment. /liliSolid understanding of drug development, manufacturing, and Tech Ops processes. /liliDemonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations. /liliStrong problem‑solving, organizational, and planning skills. /liliEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without authority. /liliAbility to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization. /liliProficient in project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent). /li /ulpEqual Opportunity Employer.
