We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Zug.
Administrative Support for KAM, Customer Service and Office Management
Your tasks
Customer Service Management:
* Handle customer inquiries (phone/email) from pharmacies, drugstores, and field forces
* Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with logistics
* Manage EDI order systems and resolve delivery issues
* Process customer complaints and forward to relevant departments
* Document communications in CRM and SAP systems
* Generate credit notes and archive business transactions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reporting:
* Collaborate on customer service KPIs like order availability and on-time delivery
Compliance and Documentation:
* Manage GMP-related documentation
* Ensure compliance for sample requests from doctors
Special Projects and Administrative Support:
* Assist with onboarding new hires and administrative tasks like ordering office supplies and business cards
* Maintain employee lists and mail distribution lists
* Support sales communications
* Support invoice management
Your Profile
* You are a student or seeking your first professional experience in customer service
* Eager to build experience in customer service, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
* Possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English, German, and French
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement
