IBM Consulting delivers deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients worldwide from our Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). You will collaborate with visionaries across multiple industries to improve hybrid and AI journeys for innovative companies.

Responsibilities
Assist the Public Sector Consulting Team in Switzerland.
Collate and update IBM offerings around AI adoption and align them to client needs.
Create presentations to position IBM in client meetings.
Plan and prepare client meetings, events, and workshops.
Support business development activities and internal reporting on opportunities.
Develop response material for proposals.
Support team coordination and internal processes on sales bids.
Support production of material for oral presentation sessions.
Support production of reports for sales and delivery cadence calls.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Currently pursuing a quantitative degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills fostering effective collaboration and relationship building, especially within diverse stakeholder environments.
Clear, professional communication, active listening, flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities, and ownership of tasks and challenges.
High initiative and curiosity, with a growth mindset and interest in public sector topics, governance, and societal impact.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to structure information and support decision‑making.
Fluent in German and English – at least C1 level (written and spoken).
Swiss/EU nationality or a valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Knowledge or interest in database development, cloud platforms, web markup languages, deployment of containerized applications, and generative AI.
Exposure to web services, APIs, and multiple Java application frameworks.
Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative, logical approach to identify solutions.
Foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data‑driven recommendations.
