Personalities wanted — teach the LaCør way (St. Gallen)
Strength that is controlled, demanding and built to last.
We teach Lagree with intention, precision and authority. Our role is not to entertain or soften the experience — it is to lead clients through intensity with clarity and control.
No experience required
You don’t need to have taught Lagree.
You don’t even need coaching experience.
What matters is who you are — and what you stand for:
You believe in real intensity, you respect precision, and you’re willing to learn the method properly.
We will train you. We will certify you.
We can’t teach commitment.
Certification timeline
You’ll be onboarded and trained in sequencing, cueing, safety and our intensity standards — so you can confidently lead classes the LaCør way.
The training standard
slow tempo, constant resistance, extended time under tension.
We don’t rush movements to create effort.
We let the method do the work.
Clients are meant to leave class:
shaking. burning. fully fatigued.
Who you are
You don’t need a perfect CV — but you do need the right attitude.
Disciplined & reliable: you show up prepared
Calm presence: you can hold focus in a room
Precise mindset: you care about doing things properly, not loudly
High standards: you want them, you don’t fear them
Long-game thinking: intensity should be repeatable, not destructive
