Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities Project Management:
* Management and development of the project management team
* Responsibility for adherence to project deadlines, budgets and quality standards
* Introduction, maintenance and monitoring of project plans
* Interface management with sales and production
* Escalation management in the event of target deviations
* Identification and implementation of organisational improvements in project management
* Monitoring of KPIs and regular reporting to management
* Moderation of project kick-offs and regular jour fixes
Responsibilities Customer Care:
* Supporting and advising international customers throughout the entire after-sales cycle
* Conducting product trainings and presentations
Your Profile
* Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in project management and customer care, ideally with management responsibility
* Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
* Technical understanding in the field of high-frequency technology
* Willingness to work internationally
* Fluent German and very good English skills. Additional languages are an advantage
* Category B driving licence
