Your mission
Lead with distinction:
* Supervise a team of up to 20 workshop technicians to execute cabin removal and re-installation activities during maintenance.
* Conduct assessment dialogues and foster the enhancement of the team’s knowledge and skills.
Drive project success:
* Plan and monitor work progress, prepare quotations for additional work requests, and support sales and quotation teams.
* Ensure jobs are performed according to documentation, and maintain accurate records related to budget, schedule, and manpower.
* Allocate manpower and resources appropriately, within schedule and budget, assigning projects to Team Leaders.
Ensure safety first:
* Implement corrective actions from audits and promote continuous improvement through 5S actions and controls.
* Maintain safety and security of the shop and team, including organization, protection, and cleanliness.
Foster communication & collaboration:
* Liaise with internal stakeholders on escalation items, upgrades, product development, and prototyping.
* Communicate effectively and address feedback or issues promptly.
* Demonstrate strong communication and coaching skills to motivate and guide the team.
* Support capacity and scope planning, and deputize for the Aircraft Maintenance Manager when needed.

Your profile
* Leadership skills, including coaching and conflict management, with experience leading 15-20 people.
* Knowledge of project management, including budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
* Professional experience in the aviation industry with understanding of regulatory processes.
* Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentation.
* Good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
* Proactive, forward-thinking, and self-motivated team player.
