Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Develop business strategies from new leads, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, lead pitch processes and upsell digital services
* Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
Requirements:
* 5+ years of directly applicable experience in client management;
* Proven experience in leading pre-sales activities and project proposals;
* Proven proactive attitude in developing and maintaining networking relationships;
* Proven track record of always learning and growing;
Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Italian & English)
* Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
