The successful candidate will act as a strategic legal advisor and a trusted partner to senior management, Board of Directors and senior leadership, overseeing a broad range of legal, regulatory, governance, compliance and strategic business matters while supporting the company's operational and commercial objectives.This is a key position within the company; the General Counsel works closely with the Management Board and Board of Directors and being actively involved in both strategic projects and the day-to-day business and operations of the organization. The position requires close involvement in executive decision-making processes and regular interaction with Management Board, the Board of Directors, shareholders, regulatory authorities, and key external stakeholders.The role includes leading the Company's legal and regulatory function, managing a team of three experienced legal professionals and one senior regulatory affairs manager and partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization.
