Skill Requirements
* At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.
* Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Hands-on experience supporting users in complex environments.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, ISO) are highly beneficial.
* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
