This role is located at the Courtepin site and focuses on supporting French-speaking production and administrative sites across the Romandie.
Role Description
As Internal Controls & Risk Analyst (m/f/d), you will contribute to building, maintaining, and improving the internal control system (ICS) and operational risk management framework. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or risk management who want to broaden their expertise in a dynamic industrial environment.
You will report directly to the Head of ICS & Risk Management at Micarna SA, who also oversees Romandie industrial sites within Migros Industrie.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ICS and risk management structures
* Assist in identifying, assessing, documenting, and monitoring key risks
* Prepare risk overviews, reports, and management recommendations
* Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on corrective measures
* Deliver training and awareness sessions on control and risk topics
* Collaborate with Finance, Quality, IT, Production, and Compliance functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Audit, Risk Management, or related field
* 1–3 years of professional experience in internal controls, audit, or risk management (internships also valued)
* Structured, analytical way of working, with a high level of initiative and responsibility
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with interest in industrial processes
* Fluent French (essential) and strong German skills (minimum B2 level).
