ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a logistics enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving? At Decathlon Switzerland, we are transforming our supply chain to deliver products faster and more sustainably.
We are looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team in Onnens. You will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are replenished daily, allowing our customers to find exactly what they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on, operational role where you will work closely with our transport partners and logistics teams to keep the flow moving.
YOUR MISSION
Your main goal is to improve product availability through efficient delivery schedules. You will:
* Coordinate daily deliveries: You take the lead on daily operations. Ensure 90% of our stores receive daily deliveries, transitioning from a "stock" mindset to a "flow" mindset.
* Monitor operations: Work daily with Célia (Logistics) and Serena (Transport) to ensure transport plans are respected and efficient.
* Manage partners: Follow up with transport providers to ensure they meet our quality, cost, and deadline standards.
* Drive circularity: Implement "Reverse Logistics" to manage store returns, second-life products, and recycling back to our warehouse.
* Optimize transport plans: Help design and adapt transport routes for different regions to reduce CO2 emissions and costs.
