As Senior Product Manager Device Management you will build and scale yallo's Device Management business as a new growth pillar - from strategy and portfolio development to commercial execution. You think in business models, not just products, and take end-to-end ownership to create a compelling device portfolio that drives customer value, acquisition and sustainable growth.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Own the Device Business (End-to-End & P&L): Full accountability for strategy, businss case, pricing, margins and overall commercial success
Shape the Device Portfolio & Offers: Define and evolve a competitive device portfolio including standalone devices and subscription bundles with 24-month device plans
Design a Seamless End-to-End Customer Journey: Continuously improve the device experience across purchase, activation, usage and after-sales for both new and existing customers
Drive Acquisition & Customer Value: Leverage devices to attract new customers and create upsell and loyalty opportunities for the existing base
Enable Channel Performance: Work closely with Online, Telesales and Retail teams to support conversion, UX and commercial performance across channels
Lead Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage external partners (hardware supply, logistics, eCommerce) and align closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Care
Steer the Business with Data: Own forecasting, KPI tracking, demand and inventory steering to optimize profitability and sustainable growth
YOUR SKILLS:
University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, with commercial responsibility
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality with strong stakeholder management
Experience with pricing, bundling and financing models
High digital and eCommerce affinity
Data-driven, analytically strong and execution-focused
Fluent English required, German is a strong advantage
