Your mission: Participate in the development and maintenance of the capabilities and autonomy of the resident beneficiaries. Organize and support the beneficiaries in daily life activities. Animate stimulating activities that encourage participation. Work in a multidisciplinary team and with the network. Manage crisis situations. Desired profile: CFC of ASE or equivalent title. Strong interest in adult care. Comfort in offered activities (petanque, swimming, fitness, social and listening skills). Valid driver's license. Clean criminal record.
