Proclinical is hiring a Biotech professional for a 12-month contract with our client, focused on drug product manufacturing in a cGMP environment. In this role, you will support batch execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure sterile product integrity. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to cardiovascular therapies within a leading contract manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities:
* Execute manufacturing activities for drug products in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
* Perform manual visual inspections of liquid and lyophilized vials to ensure defect-free final products.
* Provide technical and procedural support to the manufacturing team.
* Ensure timely and safe batch production in alignment with quality requirements.
* Prepare and maintain production documentation, including MBR forms and GMP logbooks.
* Support investigations, process changes, and CAPAs related to production issues.
* Conduct training for team members and new joiners in relevant areas.
* Operate, set up, and clean production equipment and facilities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Experience in a GMP environment, preferably in sterile drug product manufacturing.
* Proficiency in English or German; fluency in both is preferred.
* Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
* Strong team orientation and effective communication skills.
* Structured, focused, and well-organized working style.
* High motivation and adaptability to flexible working hours.
