* Preparing service stations, stocking linens, polishing cutlery, and setting tables before service.
* Clearing dirty dishes (bussing), replenishing bread/water, and assisting Chef de Rang with orders.
* Keeping dining areas and side stations clean and organized according to company policies
* Welcoming guests, delivering food, and providing prompt service.
* Ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones
* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment
