You oversee production rates and adjust priorities based on activity. You establish a motivating and supportive work environment within the team. You supervise the proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. You continuously manage team members to maintain a high level of professionalism. Desired profile You have confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in upscale hospitality. You supervise with leadership and know how to unite your team around common goals. You establish high culinary standards and are recognized for your ability to manage pressure calmly while ensuring impeccable quality. You supervise strict compliance with HACCP standards.
