We are looking for a new team member to join our Operations team to support the processing of payments and stock transfers
Responsibilities
* Complete cash and securities transfer processes accurately
* Manage account closures
* Monitor client margin positions
* Investigate client cash reconciliations
* Handle chargebacks
* Identify and propose process improvements
* Assist with regulatory reporting
Profile
* 1-3 years experience in financial services back-office operations
* Experience with transaction systems such as FED WIRE, SWIFT, and SEPA
* Familiarity with bank’s regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering obligations, privacy and data protection
* Previous experience of payments, card networks or securities transfers is an advantage
* Able to work in an English speaking environment. Any other language is an advantage
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Critical analytical approach to problem solving
* Organisational and planning skills
* Flexible approach to work routines and schedules
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Strong team working skills
