Vice President, MedTech Supply Chain Digital Transformation Projects Leader
This role will stand up and lead end‑to‑end transformations in MedTech Supply Chain, enhancing supply chain through digital and strategic solutions. The leader will oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, collaborate with program, operations, and vendor teams, build business partnerships across key stakeholder groups, and drive the deployment of innovative digital capabilities to streamline the supply chain experience.
Major Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the VP of MedTech Supply Chain Digital to establish, organize, and govern prioritized MedTech Supply Chain transformations; oversee successful execution; manage and refine strategy, structure, and governance.
* Drive top‑down ideation and enable business‑case development for transformations; work with Strategic Planning and Program Operations to plan rollout; develop a deployment framework; structure and manage matrixed initiative teams.
* Roadmap development: oversee rollout, execution, and implementation of roadmap for each transformation project (SAP S/4HANA and non‑S/4); align with leaders; assess critical dependencies; support resolution of escalated risks.
* Resource management: engage business units, understand resource availability; allocate resources; deliver against budget and resource prioritization frameworks; set strategy for program resourcing.
* Vendor management: engage and manage vendor partners; support ongoing transformations; set high‑level rules of engagement; identify cost‑efficient practices; build relationships with external transformation leaders.
* Financial management: direct management and allocation of budget across SAP S/4HANA and non‑S/4 projects; forecast budget needs; collaborate with Strategic Planning and Program Operations.
* Technology fluency: leverage supply chain, data, and digital tools to engage product teams; assess offerings; drive automation and efficiency through technology.
* Value creation: review project progress; work with Value and Vendor Management to oversee cost‑saving initiatives; develop criteria for communicating expected value.
* Customer experience‑driven design: lead design and operation with a customer‑first approach; adapt deployments to the needs of different groups; develop products that improve delivery experience.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
* Minimum 15 years progressive experience in SAP transformation leadership roles within Supply Chain or Commercial organizations.
* Minimum 10 years complex global leadership experience, including at least 10 years people‑management/direct‑report experience.
* Proven experience leading people‑centric and business‑driven strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to identify root cause of complex problems and enable solutioning independently.
* Experience leading strategic business decision‑making through data and analytics.
* Foundational understanding of emerging MedTech, supply chain, data, and digital trends (preferred).
* Ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, influence others toward a common vision.
* Strategic leadership and experience building or enhancing capabilities.
* Hands‑on project management/change management experience.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in large‑scale matrixed projects.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems; preferred MedTech devices, supply chain, or commercial operations.
* Certifications such as PMP, product management, or data competencies are preferred.
* Strong customer focus (internal & external) and experience managing professionals from multiple disciplines.
* Requires up to 25% travel.
