About the Role
SCRYPT is seeking to hire a smart and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the strategy and execution of our product marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the narrative and go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing institutional crypto firm, working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams.
We're looking for someone with a passion for translating complex financial products into clear, compelling value propositions - ideally with experience in crypto, fintech, or B2B product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive SCRYPT’s marketing strategy, working closely with product, sales, and compliance teams
* Craft clear and differentiated messaging and positioning for our suite of institutional crypto products and services
* Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, including content, sales enablement, and external communication
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify market trends, client needs, and positioning opportunities
* Lead and manage cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, content), ensuring consistency with our brand and messaging
* Manage relationships with partners, media outlets, and event organizers to boost brand visibility and thought leadership
* Support sales with marketing materials, pitch decks, and product content that resonate with institutional clients
* Measure and report on marketing effectiveness using data to iterate and improve performance
* Stay current on crypto market trends and regulatory changes relevant to product communications
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing in fintech, crypto, or B2B tech
* Deep understanding of crypto or financial products and how to communicate their value to institutional clients
* Proven ability to launch products and build compelling GTM campaigns
* Experience working with product and sales teams in a cross-functional setup
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills - written and verbal
* Strong leadership skills, including managing people and complex projects
* Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
* Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset
