How you can make a difference:
1. Strategically developing IT to help scale-up our business globally
2. Driving digitization in a highly regulated environment, incl. ISO13485, FDA, EU-MDR, MDSAP
3. Ensuring cybersecurity, compliance to ISO27001 as well as medical device regulatory standards
4. IT governance and operational management of the IT department with a team of 25 employees initially
5. Promoting a culture of innovation and openness to new developments and best practices
That’s what you bring along:
6. Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, digitization or similar
7. Several years of experience in managing the IT department of an international company
8. Experience in IT organization design and transformation
9. Strong track record in initiating and implementing digitization and automation of complex business processes
10. Determined, reliable, communicative and resilient personality
11. Very good written and spoken English and German skills
