Short Description
The Project Manager Sponsorship is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of sponsorship-related projects. This is a temporary (12 months) maternity cover role, where the ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and the willingness to work in a complex environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage concepts and strategies for Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Exhibitors, including outreach strategies and sponsorship prospectuses.
* Support the roll-out and implementation of business development initiatives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners.
* Maintain a list of key contacts for Accounts (Partners, Sponsors, Exhibitors).

Main Requirements
* University degree in marketing, business, or communications, or at least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
* Proven record of experience in Business Development, Sponsorship, or relationship building (3-5 years).
* Experience in medical event/course organization is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relations with healthcare professionals at all levels and broader stakeholders.
* Excellent customer orientation and knowledge.
* Good problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
* A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with the ability to work well with others and across functions.
* Effective team player skills demonstrated through reliability and support.
* Good project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
