You will be accountable for overall business performance, strategy implementation and challenging growth targets achievement and will be reporting in to the Critical Power, Regional, Sales and Service and Project Execution Leader. /p pWorking model: #LI-Hybrid /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverseeing and implementing the Critical Power business line /li liCommercial strategy (sales, tendering, project execution and services) in the relevant countries and evaluating market opportunities and deploying appropriate actions in alignment with Business Line’s objectives /li liBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. channels, end-users, consultants, suppliers) to ensure commercial success and improve customer satisfaction in the relevant countries. Additionally, working closely with relevant Business Line functions (Project Management, Services, Operations) to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. /li liEnsuring pre‑sales, tendering, system engineering and product marketing functions are properly staffed and aligned with Business Line requirements across country. /li liDelivering projects on schedule, quality, cost and in alignment with ABB’s project management frameworks as well as managing after‑sales support and overall service business in the region in alignment with Business Line objectives. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liPostgraduate degree or above, in Business or Engineering field. MBA preferred. /li li15+ years of experience in UPS industry or Data Center Industry. Further more, wide network across data center and semiconductor industry as well as IT channels. /li liSolid influencing skills working across functions, geography and segments as well as experience in managing large local/regional high-performance organizations and implementing change in a matrix organization. /li liFamiliar with tendering, commissioning and project management processes. /li liPrevious experience in electric (High, Medium Low Voltage Products and Systems) and automation industry. Therefore, familiar with tendering, commissioning and project management processes. /li liUnderstanding of mission critical segments: Data Center, Semiconductor, Infrastructure, Utility.
