Lead and shape strategic vision for the Childrenswear, Home & Lifestyle divisions across buying, planning, and allocation functions. Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute brand assortment and pricing strategies
* Lead seasonal investment reviews with senior management
* Drive cross-channel alignment and segmentation strategies
* Partner with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
* Benchmark performance against market trends and competition
Business Operations
* Monitor key business metrics (Sales In/Out, Gross Margin)
* Oversee seasonal calendar and milestone execution
* Lead line opening presentations and assortment planning
* Optimize inventory position across channels
* Define and communicate seasonal assortment needs to Global Merchandising
Team Management
* Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* 8+ years experience in Merchandising, Buying, or related fields
* Proven track record leading multi-level teams
* International business exposure (work/study)
* Strong retail operations and shop floor dynamics understanding
* Product presentation expertise
* Fluent English proficiency (additional languages valued)
