A world of wonder awaits you.**About the job**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Advise Head of Finance GSC, CSCO, and site leaders to boost profitability and efficiency* Standardize controlling processes, KPIs and reports; lead monthly reviews and variance analysis* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost targets for manufacturing and supply chain* Track cost variances, ensure COGS transparency, and drive cost-saving initiatives* Lead central controlling team and guide GBS controllers* Provide financial analysis for CAPEX decisions and post-investment reviews* Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Operations on strategic decisions* Lead reporting automation and AI-driven financial improvement projects**About you**We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
