In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and projects across the PCT Division, ensuring robust governance, planning (scope, timeline, budget, resources), and proactive risk management
* Manage a cross-functional team and ensure alignment, clear communication and effective execution of program and project priorities
* Engage and align key stakeholders and senior management, tightly managing scope, assessing change impacts, and securing approvals as needed
* Track and report program and project progress, escalate critical issues, and proactively resolve blockers in high-stakes strategic initiatives
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of PCT global program and project management framework (processes, procedures, documentation)
What you bring
* 8+ year’s experience in multi-sites program or project management in an international R&D and production environment
* Organization skills, structured, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
* Strong verbal and written communication, with active listening and a collaborative team-player mindset
* Program / Project certification is an advantage (PMP…)
* Fluent in speaking and writing English; French and German languages are an advantage
