Deputy Commercial Manager with Focus on HR (80%)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Deputy Commercial Manager with a focus on Human Resources (HR) at our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, and maintaining personnel files. They will also be responsible for monitoring working hours, time management, payroll accounting, absence management, and being a contact person for employees.
In addition, the incumbent will gradually take over tasks related to supporting the head of finance, including financial accounting, reporting, and annual financial statements. They will also deputize for accounts payable management during absences.
Candidate Profile
* Possesses enjoyment in all matters related to human resources
* Holds a completed commercial training with additional HR qualification
* Has several years of professional experience in HR
* Experience with ABACUS is an asset but not mandatory
* Demonstrates social competence, team spirit, resilience, flexibility, and willingness to be available on-site for employee questions
