- Organizing and providing guide services for Japanese clients - Assisting planning for tours, sales and the duties of operations - Making tour reports in Japanese - Giving Japanese clients information at information/help desk and over the phone - Emergency service for Japanese clients - Minimum 12 months experience in tourism or similar industry is required
