Your responsibilities
* Searching, selecting, and placing specialists and executives in the scientific field (chemistry, pharma, biotech, medical technology);
* Writing job advertisements, evaluating incoming applications, and conducting interviews;
* Directly approaching potential candidates, including via social media channels;
* Presenting the most promising candidates to our clients and advising them on filling open positions;
* Significant co-responsibility for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to the business success of our branch;
* Supporting and advising scientists regarding their career development and implementing personnel marketing measures.
Your profile
* You have completed vocational training or a university degree in a scientific discipline;
* It’s a big plus if you already have work experience in the life sciences industry;
* We’d also love to meet you if you have experience as a recruiter or sourcer working with life science profiles, even without a scientific background;
* You have a good overview of the life sciences sector in the region;
* You are an open-minded person who enjoys interacting with different people;
* You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both German and English;
* You enjoy engaging with our clients and talents both over the phone and in person;
* You value friendly and humorous collaboration with your teammates.
