* Captain Global Express flights worldwide in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
* Deliver a polished, discreet VIP experience with a strong focus on communication, safety, and reliability.
* Drive end-to-end operational planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and crew duty management.
* Own documentation and compliance tracking, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and continuous adherence to standards.
* Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, handling agents, and ATC to optimise every sector.
* Champion safety, contribute to the SMS, and support a proactive, just culture.
🧭 What you bring
* Strong understanding of business aviation operations and owner/operator dynamics.
* Solid administrative capabilities, including operational planning, documentation, and compliance tracking.
* High level of customer service and clear, confident communication skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.
🧰 Minimum requirements
* Total time: 4,000 hours
* PIC in type: 1,500 hours
* In type: 1,000 hours
* Type rating: Required (Global Express)
* License required: ATPL (EASA)
* Medical: Class 1
* ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
* Passport: Swiss or EU
🌟 Preferred
* TRI/TRE authorisation (EASA).
* Previous experience within a business jet operator or owner-operated environment.
🧪 Compliance and assessment
A full pre-employment assessment is required under current EASA regulations. This may include verification of credentials, simulator assessment, technical interview, and company procedures familiarisation.
