* Actively participate in the Service Desk, handle support tickets, and assist on the helpline.
* Provide on-site support to customers when needed.
Qualifications
* Completed IT education (e.g., EFZ) as a basis for your technical skills.
* Broad IT knowledge and a strong enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
* Fluent German in speaking and writing, with good English skills.
