What You Will Do
Create and manage Non‑Conformity Reports, driving corrective actions together with Purchasing
Analyze quality metrics and derive sustainable improvement initiatives
Carry out supplier audits (world‑wide)
Evaluate and continuously develop suppliers based on quality criteria, KPIs, and audit findings
Support PPAP and FAI approvals for new suppliers and materials
Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and Quality Control
What You Bring
Technical or scientific background with drive to proactively move things forward
Strong expertise in quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, or FMEA
Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
Structured, analytical working style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong affinity for data management and analysis (Excel, PowerBI)
Fluent English and good German required
Willingness to travel (10‑20%)
