To reinforce the team in our Product Development department, we are looking for a:DRESSING BUILDER – HIGH JEWELRYMAIN MISSIONEnsure the design and development of watch dressing components by integrating aesthetic, technical, and jewelry constraints to guarantee the quality and feasibility of the products in compliance with the standards. RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop 3D plans and models of dressing components- Integrate characteristics related to high jewelry (setting, precious stones, noble materials)- Define technical files (plans, tolerances)- Ensure the fine-tuning of components with suppliers and internal teams- Work synergistically with design, jewelry, prototyping, and production teams- Participate in project reviews and propose innovative solutions- Ensure compliance with watchmaking standards and internal benchmarks- Track and resolve technical issues during prototyping and production phases- Contribute to processes and technological monitoring on watchmaking methods and techniquesYOUR PROFILE- Degree in industrial design or equivalent- Confirmed experience of 5 years in the design of watch dressing with a jewelry dimension- Proficiency in CAD software (ideally PTC Creo)- Knowledge of jewelry/settings processes, machining, finishing, and surface treatments- Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury codes- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail- Ability to work in a team, communicate, and propose solutions- Fluent in French, technical English- Activity rate: 100%- Start date: as soon as possible- Workplace: (GE)- Website: jidab4364caen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
