We are now looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-driven FP&A Analyst to support our Finance Leadership Team, helping drive data-led insights and strategic financial decision-making across our multinational business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in our weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, turning complex data into valuable commercial insight.
* Working with large data sets extracted from SAP ERP to support weekly and monthly reporting
* Weekly sales performance by division and country
* Weekly open orders (SAP) and CRM opportunities (Salesforce)
* Production of divisional P&Ls during period close
* Consolidation of annual budget returns from each division/country
* Supporting Finance Leadership with data to address investor/advisor questions
* Working with budget holders (e.g. Marketing & IT) to analyse, monitor and optimise spend
* Completing ad-hoc analysis for business or investor requests
Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone who is comfortable with data, proactive in problem-solving, and confident communicating across the business.
* Comfortable working with large data sets and creating insightful reports
* Finance and accounting specialist or higher business management training
* Professional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar function
* SAP experience essential
* Solid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting standards
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English
Working Model
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week on site.
