Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs with full ownership from initiation to value realization
* Drive large-scale SAP initiatives (e.g. S/4HANA) that enable core business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations
* Translate strategic business objectives into structured, executable program roadmaps
* Establish and lead governance frameworks, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and external partners
* Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex, multi-stream environments
* Steer international, cross-functional teams and external vendors, fostering accountability and collaboration
* Ensure sustainable adoption of delivered solutions within the organization
* Promote best practices in program delivery, including risk, quality, and change management
Qualifications
* Proven experience in leading complex enterprise programs, ideally in SAP environments
* Strong track record in SAP transformations (e.g. S/4HANA), including full lifecycle delivery (plan, build, deploy, hypercare)
* Solid understanding of SAP landscapes and integration challenges across business domains
* Experience managing global, multi-vendor setups in dynamic environments
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
* Strong communication and presentation skills across business and technical audiences
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe are a plus; SAP or ITIL knowledge is advantageous
* Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
