In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Bank acting as a key Risk stakeholder with responsibilities in the area of credit risk. Given the size of the organisation, you will be exposed to a variety of colleagues’ profiles, topics and initiatives who will shape and drive your development and learning. You works closely with Risk Analysts, Finance and Collections, enabling coordination and alignment on some of the most important credit risk related topics.
A few examples of your responsibilities:
owning and shaping the models to calculate allowances for losses
model and forecast risk dynamics and losses
involvement in Bank-wide projects and initiatives spanning from Collection strategies, data strategy and regulatory compliance
close to and support the reporting for the Top Management and be directly exposed to it through regular exchanges, reviews and discussions
establishing strong network within Risk as well as in Finance and Collections to support collaboration and impact
What we're looking for:
University degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g. economics, finance, engineering, mathematics)
Experience in credit risk, risk control, or credit risk analytics is a strong advantage
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear conclusions
Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar analytical tools
