:
1. Holds staff accountable for their ongoing performance to specified standards.
2. Develops training plans to suit growth and improvement efforts.
3. Trains staff on all new and revised procedures and work instructions.
4. Identifies resource needs, hires, trains, evaluates, and sets standards, goals and objectives for direct reports.
5. Conducts all annual employee development initiatives; mid-year evaluations, year-end evaluations
6. Communicate with internal and external collaborators about timelines
7. Builds and maintains rapport and collaborative relationships with internal departments and sister sites
8. Demonstrates sound problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions
9. Coordinates the Investigation of Internal Incidents and Customer Complaints resulting from problems originating in the operations areas
10. Prepares the reports, assigns responsibilities for corrective and preventive measures.
11. Creates and reports relevant critical metrics to the management
12. Demonstrates thoroughness and accuracy on assignments
13. Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
14. Follows all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:
18. Requires understanding and competent use of SOPS required by company Quality standards.
19. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
20. Requires excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and lead multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
21. Strong social skills including the ability to actively listen, check for understanding and maintain a professional manner when problems/conflicts arise
22. Requires ability to develop strong client services skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
23. Proven excellent ability to communicate reliably with all levels of personnel.
Education / Experience:
24. Requires professional degree, preferably in the print industry or similar
25. 2+ years leading experience of a team of 10+ in a production environment
26. Fluency written and spoken in German and English
27. Requires proficiency in personal computer applications ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
